BARE BONES — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because many BARE BONES products are produced on demand, please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
UNITED STATES & OTHER ELIGIBLE MARKETS
Except where required by applicable law, BARE BONES does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds solely because a customer:
• Changed their mind
• Ordered the wrong size
• No longer wants the item
• Prefers a different style, color, or product
• Found the product cheaper elsewhere
Please review the available sizing information carefully before placing your order.
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
Customers located in the European Union generally have the legal right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Unless otherwise required by law, customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Returned goods may be inspected as reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and fit.
Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
Where required by applicable law, we will refund the eligible purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered.
Additional delivery charges resulting from selecting an upgraded, express, or premium shipping method are not refundable unless required by law.
UNITED KINGDOM CUSTOMERS
Customers located in the United Kingdom generally have the legal right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

After notifying us, the goods must be returned within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers exercising their statutory cancellation right are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
Customers may inspect and try on the product in the same reasonable manner they could in a retail store.
We may reduce the refund where permitted by law if the value of the item has been diminished by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, or fit.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
BARE BONES does not provide refunds or exchanges for simple change-of-mind purchases in Australia unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, reimbursement of reasonable return costs, or another remedy as required by law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR NON-CONFORMING ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging where relevant
We will review the claim and provide the appropriate remedy required under applicable law.
This may include a replacement, repair, refund, reimbursement of reasonable return costs, or another appropriate solution.
MINOR PRINT VARIATIONS
Many BARE BONES products are produced using print-on-demand production methods.
Minor variations in print placement, positioning, color appearance, or finish may occur between individual products.
Reasonable production variations that do not materially affect the quality, appearance, functionality, or conformity of the product are not considered defects.
WRONG SIZE OR FIT
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, selecting an incorrect size or deciding that a correctly supplied garment does not fit as expected is considered a change-of-mind matter.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information provided before placing an order.
We strongly recommend checking the size information carefully before completing your purchase.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Please contact us before returning any product.
Do not send products back to the address shown on the shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
If a return is approved or legally required, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
RETURN CONDITION
For returns unrelated to a product defect or other legally protected issue, returned items must, where permitted by applicable law, be:
• Unworn except for reasonable fitting
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other contamination
• In substantially the same condition in which they were received
Items showing signs of excessive wear, washing, alteration, misuse, or customer-caused damage may be refused or may result in a reduced refund where permitted by law.
RETURN SHIPPING
For voluntary change-of-mind returns that we agree to accept, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For EU and UK statutory withdrawal or cancellation returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law and where the customer has been informed of this obligation.
For defective, damaged, incorrect, or legally non-conforming products, BARE BONES will provide or reimburse return shipping where required by applicable law.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider to complete the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Where EU or UK law requires reimbursement of outbound delivery charges following a statutory withdrawal or cancellation, reimbursement will be limited to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered.
CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled, changed, or modified after payment.

If production or fulfillment has already begun, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible except where required by applicable law.
MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, limit, or restrict any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where applicable consumer law provides greater protection than this policy, the applicable law will prevail.
